The noodles were thick and curly, which I liked. Next time I will try the dandan noodles. For the third time, I chose Dandan noodles. The store was empty after 11:00, but it took a lot of time. Wasn't the cook at work? The counter next door also added gyoza to the set menu, and it seems that that person was taking time (it seems that the katsudon is carefully cooked each time in the mini katsudon set). The essential dandan noodles were disappointing. Like other ramen, I thought that the thick, curly noodles would not go well with dandan noodles. Also, the soup is not good, so I thought it would be more correct to call it "tantanmen-style ramen". It was my fault for expecting the exquisite royal road dandan noodles. I love koyu ramen. Orthodox soy sauce flavor. Burnt green onions or accents. We also recommend gyoza dumplings with chewy skin. I visited during idle time, so it was reserved.
