I saw Mokuhan's YouTube video and wanted to go there at least once, so I went there. When I arrived, there were about 3 people waiting, but since I wanted to sit at the counter, I was quickly shown around. So I ordered chashu men and half fried rice. I was prepared for the restaurant to be about 30 minutes late due to the crowd, but the rice bowl arrived surprisingly quickly. It had a punchy seasoning that rivaled the authentic one, and my chopsticks were eating it more and more. The fried rice was also authentic and delicious! ️ They don't serve ginger soy sauce ramen where I live, so it's worth coming to Isesaki just for this. It was a feast. I would like to come again.

I wanted to eat ramen in the morning, but I went there early in the morning because I expected it to be crowded. The taste is seafood-based and light. The noodles were chewy, firm and delicious. It reminded me of Aokiya in Nagaoka. The manager is very beautiful.
