And it's refreshing! The noodles are straight noodles (the degree of boiling is not specified), and the degree of boiling is just perfect. The bamboo shoots are extremely thick, plump, and deliciously cooked, and they're also delicious! When I tasted the salt ramen soup, it was very elegant and even lighter than soy sauce (^^) The dumplings are also delicious! If you look at the posters on the wall, you'll see that the garlic is made in Aomori, etc., and the ingredients used in all the dishes are carefully selected, so it's delicious! When I see my grandson next door, he eats deliciously. On the way, the shopkeeper called out to me, "Are you okay with dried sardines?" Don't worry! !
