I visited here because I wanted to try Sano ramen made using the green bamboo technique. Parking is available in front and to the side of the store. I ordered the orthodox soy sauce ramen. Clear soup. Sano Ramen's unique springy water-added noodles. A fragrant soup. perfection. There are towels, but tissues would be better.

The first time, I had the soy sauce ramen. The chicken broth is clear and refreshing, and the noodles are hand-made from green bamboo and are long and plentiful. It's like a basic taste that makes you want to go home every now and then. very delicious. The second time I had miso ramen. Lightly sweet with a chicken base of homemade miso and red miso. The noodles are thick and curly, just like the soy sauce noodles, and the portion is large. There was minced meat on it, but I was sad that there was no chashu. The chashu here is so delicious. I also had the mini chashu rice bowl and it was excellent. If I had to say, I think the customer service went beyond being polite and was a bit too condescending. It's not that I'm particularly offended, but even though I don't think anything of it, she keeps apologizing so many times when I say, ``What about that?'' and I'm like, ``Do you ever have to apologize that often?'' I went twice and it was like that both times. The products are very delicious and I like them, so I would like to try other menu items soon.

I had chashu noodles and gyoza 😋 Refreshing soup and really delicious handmade noodles It's the best. The char siu is also melty and delicious. The gyoza are small but delicious🥟 I'll visit again Thank you for the meal😋
