The ramen here is delicious. Gyoza is also recommended. The only ramen available is soy sauce ramen, chashu noodles, menma ramen, and seaweed ramen, but this is a ramen shop that I highly recommend. Sano ramen style noodles.

I can't believe I'll ever be able to eat this ramen again... 😭The soup was extraordinarily hot, the noodles were soft and the noodles were just right, and the large piece of chashu had just the right amount of flavor.It hadn't changed at all and was really delicious! It was cold with the air conditioning pounding on me, but by the end of the meal I was sweating due to the ginger effect😅 Please be careful when leaving the parking lot as there is limited parking.

It seemed like it was always crowded, so I had a hard time visiting it, but I finally did. There is a parking lot in front of the store, but there is not much space, so be careful if you are not driving a light or compact car, as you will end up protruding onto the road. Everything from the making of the noodles is done at this shop, so I feel that they are very particular about it. The soup has a strong ginger flavor that will keep you warm in the winter. The taste is bland. The handmade noodles are similar to Sano Ramen, but even though they are boiled soft, they still have some firmness. The method of boiling is left up to the owner, and you cannot order the method of boiling. The chashu pork is also made in-house and has a refreshing texture and light flavor. Many customers order some char siu to take home on their way home. There are very few facilities in the kitchen, and it is tidy and clean.
