More Comments at Google MapI came here for the first time because my husband said he had been curious about it for a long time and wanted to try it. Salt ramen can be very hit or miss, so I generally don't eat it unless it's from a restaurant that's definitely delicious. I ordered with excitement, and the two of us ordered different things. First of all, the utensils and tableware are clean. The arrangement was so beautiful that it would be a shame to ruin it. I ate the dark salt ramen (top) I can't describe the taste well, but it didn't have the harsh taste of salt, and the scent of fishmeal and the sweetness of the salt were very delicious. There were two types of char siu, and after I bit into the chicken char siu, a nice aroma filled my nose, but what was that? It smelled good every time I ate it. Pork chashu is thinly sliced roast pork that changes in texture as it heats up over time. Although it was thin, the meat was juicy and very delicious. The menma is extremely thick and the flavor goes well with the soup, making it delicious. The most important noodles were smooth flat noodles. It was delicious, but I personally like extra-thin noodles, so it seems like you can change the noodles for an additional fee, so I'd like to try the thin noodles next time. Tosa Vinegar Kaedama can be eaten delicious on its own. If you add this to salt ramen soup, the taste will change completely and it will be a great value. Vinegar? You may think so, but it's sour! I don't feel that way. It feels like quick ramen with a nice vinegar aroma. Egg-cooked rice with chicken flakes, rich hot spring eggs, and dried sardines? Eat with soy sauce. This was also very rich and delicious. The char siu bowl was gorgeous with two types of chicken and pork on top. Of course the taste was delicious. It's been a long time, but the inside of the store is clean, the atmosphere is good, and the lady working there is kind. All the flavors were delicious, so it was a restaurant that I would want to eat at again.
I ordered the koikuchi salt ramen top. The bonito stock was really strong and delicious! The chicken breast chashu is delicious with lemon flavor🤤 I came to the store after 13:00, but the rice dishes and Ushio Ramen were sold out, so be careful!
This is a ramen shop with no added chemical seasonings. I had a ramen set meal in the morning. I chose clam salt ramen and yam rice. The ramen soup tasted like clam butter. The soup stock was written as local chicken. I think the flavor that comes through your nose is unique to Mukacho soup. The noodles are hard at first, but gradually become softer and more delicious. I was very impressed with how delicious it was. The store clerk suggested sansho, so I added it. The taste changes and you can enjoy a different deliciousness. People who have given 1 star in other people's reviews are complaining about the taste being weak or that the soup is lacking in something, and are giving a lecture from above. Choose a restaurant and enjoy the punchy ramen. It's clearly written on the storefront that it's a muka-style ramen restaurant, so I feel sorry for the store if I don't take that into account when writing a review. If there were no reviews from people like that, I think this is a restaurant I would go to with about 4.5 stars. By the way, I am not affiliated with the store. The store is clean and recommended for people who are health conscious. I'm sure there are some people who find the taste bland, but I think they will enjoy it and think, ``This is the original taste of ramen without using chemical seasonings.'' By using chemical seasonings, you can easily create a ramen restaurant with long lines. I felt that it was the owner of this ramen shop who didn't dare to do that. June 10, 2022 The menu and ramen have evolved ^_^ It's still delicious.
