Isesaki, Gunma, Japan｜Tonkotsu Ramen Ren

This restaurant serves Fukuoka style Hakata ramen. The ramen itself comes at a great value of 690 yen, and you can add toppings for additional charges. I also had the chashu rice bowl (350 yen) which was pretty good as well, but the ramen itself was definitely the main attraction for this restaurant. This is one of the best ramens I have eaten in Isesaki, and definitely recommend it.

My favourite ramen in Japan, definitely better than most of the "amazing" ramen shops in Tokyo. The soup is flavourful, the chashu melts in your mouth, and the seasonal menu options are unique. The smoked flavour in the tsukemen is to die for. I highly recommend getting the cheese rice to eat with the remaining soup. And don't forget to order the gyoza. They are perfect!

Best ramen hands down! Amazing gyoza's that will leave you wanting to order more and more. Amazing unique flavors available. Uncomparable to any other ramen I've ever had. Highly recommend!
