The chashu was delicious, but the menma was a bit disappointing. Adding black pepper in the middle makes it even more delicious. The noodles are nice and thick and go well with the soup.

This shop was found when I wanted to eat ramen in the morning. I visited around 8 o'clock in the morning on a weekday and was able to enter the store without lining up. The flavor of dried sardines is slightly fragrant, Backfat goes perfectly with soy sauce-based soups. It has a refreshing and rich taste. The spinach, onions, menma, and seaweed are absolutely delicious. The chashu had a firm texture and was delicious. Best of all, the thick noodles are chewy and mix well with the soup. For someone like me who likes thick noodles, this was a very delicious bowl! If you want to eat ramen in the morning, please try it.
