Maebashi, Gunma, Japan｜Komugi

I have visited many times with my friends. The store is clean and vacant at any time of the day, so it's easy to enter. The price is usually close to 1000 yen, but you can get a discount if you show your Guchoki passport. I often eat the most popular Mazesoba, but the junky taste is so addictive that I repeat it over and over 😅 There are many other types of ramen, all of which are delicious. There are some reviews that say they are worried about the staff chatting in the kitchen, but I personally think it's a good place because it feels like home and has a bright atmosphere. It's just a short walk from Shin-Maebashi Station, so I definitely want you to try it.

I stopped by because they were holding a Maze Festival. I was told that it is currently ranked number one, and I received a delicious mazesoba that was just as delicious. It contains plenty of flaky shellfish, and the soup stock has a sweetness and flavor that is different from the usual backfat soup. Thank you for the meal.

Personally, this is my favorite ramen shop. I've only ever eaten mazesoba, but the mazesoba is exquisite! Sometimes the tables are dirty, so I would like them to be wiped a little more carefully, but the taste is perfect!
