Maebashi, Gunma, Japan｜Yokohama Iekei Ramen Shoya - Maebashi

[Yokohama Ramen Shōya Maebashi Branch] is a ramen shop located about 2 minutes walk from the south exit of Maebashi Station on the JR Ryomo Line. This is the so-called Yokohama family ramen shop. In Maebashi, the popular restaurants are always full. This is my first visit, and I tried green onion ramen topped with spinach! Yokohama-style tonkotsu soup (soy sauce) with a huge piece of chashu, topped with boiled egg, lots of seasoned green onions, spinach, and seaweed. The basic noodles are firm, so I requested that. This taste is unique to the family. It makes me want to eat it all the time. Shonya's green onion ramen is delicious. The dumplings are freshly baked, filled with plenty of toppings, and delicious. There is no garlic on the table, but if you ask the staff, they will give it to you, so if you want to eat it, go for it lol

I visited casually after finishing the izakaya. Just as the signboard says Iekei, it has spinach in straight noodles based on pork bones and soy sauce. I personally like it, and I ate it all at once. Thank you for the meal. The shop is a counter-only meal ticket type. The offer time will come out quickly. The Maebashi station area where the store is located doesn't really give the impression of being crowded, but even so, even around 10pm, the turnover of customers is fast and it's very popular. It's proof that it's delicious. Also, if you come near me, I will drop by.

It's always delicious. Iekei is known for its pork bone and soy sauce flavor, but the salty flavor here is more palatable. There are plenty of free toppings such as bean sauce, garlic, ginger, and onions that go well with the rice. Speaking of greed, I would be very happy if there was a middle ground between 100 yen rice and 200 yen large rice.
