Maebashi, Gunma, Japan｜Ramen Izakaya Hibiki

Lunch includes free hot ramen for kids, toys and sweets. I ate Tamashii noodles, but Hibiki ramen is delicious. The smell of Hakata pork bones smells in a good way. The numbing scent kept me thinking about Hibiki Ramen the next day. I want to eat Hibiki Ramen with its stinky and rich soup. I would like to go back to Hibiki where you can eat authentic Hakata tonkotsu ramen where children are welcome.

2023-02-04　around 11:00 I've eaten here three times in the last two months. I'm addicted to Dotemeshi and always order it. If you order as a set, the bowl will be small, so order it separately. The ramen I ordered this time is full of soul noodles and garlic, and I quite like it. Mijin and cut garlic are definitely better than grated. By the way, the ramen from Ramen Ajihei near the Takasaki Interchange that used to have a lot of garlic was also delicious.

Kokuuma and Dote Meshi Kokuuma has a strong taste of Japanese-style seafood soup and tonkotsu, so even people who don't like it can easily eat it. For the Dote-meshi, the beef tendon was soft and it went very well with the rice and was delicious. I am very happy with this set
