More Comments at Google MapI was curious about it as I was driving, so I went in. I ordered tonkotsu ramen (thin noodles). It's rare for a tonkotsu ramen shop to have extra noodles, so I ordered a super large bowl with hardened noodles. The soup was light, but the tonkotsu flavor was strong, and it was reminiscent of the local tonkotsu ramen I had in Hakata. The noodles were thin and chewy, and went well with the soup. I love the rich tonkotsu that's been trending lately, but I think it's the kind of flavor that makes you want to eat it every day.
Hakata-ya makes you want to eat on Sunday nights! Genkotsu ramen and char siu rice bowl set is the best combination for me! Please try to eat by all means.
It was a ramen shop that I casually entered on the street, but it was a hit. I ordered tonkotsu ramen and gyoza, but if you order more than a certain amount, you can eat gyoza for 50 yen. Tonkotsu ramen has a slightly light soup, but it contains Asatsuki, boiled eggs, char siu, menma, and red ginger, and the thin noodles are hard and delicious. Overall cost performance is high. However, they seem to be suffering from a lack of people these days, so they appealed, "Since there are no people, please use self-service for water and wet towels."
