I think the soup doesn't use a section manager, or even if it does, it's only a small amount. Therefore, it's up to you whether you feel like it's a punch or a gentle taste lol. And the hand-rolled noodles (handmade noodles) are amazing. This level is very unlikely. It seems to be a restaurant where you can enjoy noodles. Char siu is normal.

It's delicious anyway. I don't want to teach too much, it gets crowded. But please try it once. This ramen is kind to both children and the elderly.

Mr. Kitayama's hand-stretched ramen is delicious no matter when you eat it. The picture is hand-stretched char siu noodles. The char siu pork loin is soft yet meaty and filling. The soup is light, so you might end up drinking too much...
