More Comments at Google MapA former udon restaurant? Anyway, the noodles are very delicious. The goodwill says 'Pure hand-made super dumpling noodles'. Many ramen shops with extra-thick noodles are stiff and hard, but the noodles here have a lot of water, and even though they are extra-thick, they are soft and chewy. It is. Moreover, you can choose medium, medium, and large at the same price, and if you make it large, it will be a very satisfying volume. However, the noodles used for ramen and tsukemen are different. Tsukemen noodles are also delicious, but I personally think that ramen noodles are more chewy and really delicious. The soup of "Tonkotsu" is a bit light and animal based, but I think that there are many people who like this soup because it is usually a thick soup at large-sized restaurants. It is also good at passing heat from a large amount of bean sprouts. In addition, "soy sauce" is a delicious Japanese-style soup with a strong flavor of dried foods, and as an image, it is an image of a delicious gravy udon noodle soup. The char siu is quite delicious with two rolled roses, but there was a very disappointing char siu once. One large boiled egg is included as a service (not included in the set with curry). The curry has a strong taste with a thick roux and is mixed with pork strips. It is so-called delicious "udon restaurant curry" or "restaurant curry". The set price with ramen is quite a bargain. I have the impression that the owner is sincere and works hard to make delicious ramen, and the impression that the customer service of the landlady in charge of the hall is truly wonderful and full of sincerity. I would like to spend my money on this store.
The noodles are Gonbu and noodles. If you want to eat ramen, try miso tonkotsu or tsukemen. I wonder if the soy sauce has a strong taste of udon. Please note that you will be seated after ordering!
This is a very thick handmade ramen shop that used to be a udon shop. A set of pork bone soy sauce or miso ramen (medium) and mini curry costs 680 yen! I really liked the thick noodles and pork bone miso. I would like to try Tsukemen next time. By the way, if you order ramen separately, it seems that it comes with a boiled egg. A system where you order and pay when you enter the store, then wait at your seat. The inside of the store has a somewhat nostalgic feel. There were friendly female employees and a cheerful male employee (maybe the general?) who seemed to be in the back, so when I was leaving, I said thank you for the meal and he greeted me with a cheerful voice. I wonder if it's mainly open for lunch and only open on Friday nights? The event ends as soon as the noodles run out. I will eat there again.
