The lunch service offers a variety of ramen for free, and you can choose between a medium size (1.3 pieces) or a large size (1.6 pieces), which is a good deal. The pork belly shashu is thick, tender, and very filling. Since we're in the same city, I can eat delicious Sano ramen without having to go all the way to Sano, which is helpful. It's nice to hear someone say, ``We look forward to seeing you again,'' when you check out.

Sano Ramen Muraichi. The refreshing soy sauce is delicious. The soup is light, but the dashi stock is effective. Hand-made noodles are also good. At lunchtime, you'll be happy to receive extra noodles.

On the way back from visiting the grave, I checked in with Muraichi-san. Order ``Menma Ramen (large serving) noodles that are hard, dark, and fatty''! It was snowing in Ota City first thing in the morning, so I was really moved by the way the drink soaked into my body. ● Impressions ・The soup has a light animal-based flavor, and for me, something rich and fatty is perfect for me. I think it would also be delicious with butter. - Sano ramen's unique pillowy noodles go down easily and are extremely delicious when eaten with menma. The noodles are free of charge at lunchtime, except Sundays and holidays. ・The pork belly is tender, melts in your mouth, and is delicious. Although I visited during lunch time and had to wait for 30 minutes to experience the cold weather of Joshu, the ramen was well-done and I was satisfied with the warm food. ● Notes ・When waiting for your turn, there is a rule that you have to write your name on the cold drinks area in the store, so if this is your first time, please write your name before waiting.
