I visited here after eating at four restaurants in a row on Saturday, and both the noodles and soup were very delicious. These handmade noodles have a chewy texture and are satisfying to eat. The soup also had dashi stock and I drank it all! I'll drop by again.

A solid Sano ramen-ism with no mistakes. Chewy noodles stepped on with green bamboo. A clear soup with lots of flavor. The chashu is crumbly. Dumplings are good.

I ordered the offal set meal set for lunch and it was soft and delicious. The portions of ramen are large, and the piping hot soup is so light that you can drink it all. revisit I ordered chashu rice bowl and soy sauce ramen. I think the chashu bowl is a little salty. The soup of the ramen is not too strong and is easy to drink. The noodles are flat and handmade. It was delicious.
