First time I ate ramen in Japan. It was delicious and the gyosas are great too!

I arrived at 11:10am and the place was already full. Leave the call buzzer at the reception desk and wait in the car. I'm grateful for this. The gyoza were cooked first and I ate them. Huge gyoza with plenty of bean paste! It was packed with lots of vegetables and tasted very delicious. The ramen was half-and-half pork noodles, and the pork was soft, with half loin and half pork belly. The noodles were curly and hand-made, weighing in at 220g, which was quite voluminous, but the soup was so refreshing and refreshing that you could feel the Sano ramen flavor, and it was delicious from start to finish, and I finished it in no time. While we were eating, more and more cars started coming in and it was very busy. I think there are many fans of this restaurant, including many older people. It was a feast!
