I went to this shop that I've been interested in for a long time! "This time, I ordered a special dried sardine soba". As you can see in the photo, the soup is not visible at first. When I checked the soup by pushing the ingredients a little with chopsticks, a thick soup with the color of dried sardines came out. The soup has a strong scent of dried sardines, and I think it's a taste that seafood lovers will be addicted to! The two types of char siu are also unique and delicious. Since the "pork rice" was sold out, this time I ordered an additional "Aedama" for the first time at a ramen shop. The style is to choose soy sauce or salt, and this time I ordered salt. I didn't know how to eat it, so I looked it up on the internet and ate it! I ate it as it was, ate it with tsukemen, and enjoyed it in various ways. I would like to get revenge by eating "pork rice" again (^^) Thank you for the meal!

Update: I visited for the first time in several months, arrived at 11:50 on a Saturday, and was able to enter around 12:20 after waiting for 5 groups. The store can accommodate up to 12 to 13 customers. My wife is as efficient as ever and it feels good. There was also one female part-time worker, and there were three of us running the business. ・Rich dried sardines mazesoba 900 yen (noodles amount 200g) ・Chilled dried sardines tsukemen 900 yen (noodles amount 200g?) ・Aedama soy sauce 250 yen (noodle amount 150-200g?) We enjoyed three types of noodles: thick straight noodles for Mazesoba, medium-thick curly noodles for chilled noodles, and medium-thin straight noodles for Aedama. The richness felt like the same soup as ramen, so I thought it was mazesoba, or rather the thickness of the noodles was different. I also feel that the aroma of dried sardines tends to fade when chilled, so they taste better when warmed. If you are old enough, 200g has become your limit. I managed to squeeze in all the noodles, but I regret leaving two slices of low-temperature char siu left. I'm already sealing off the substitute balls and dressed balls😢 ↓ We recommend the rich dried sardine soba that people will either love or hate! The noodles are medium-thin, not too thin. You can often find clear dried sardines soba, but I think there are only a few restaurants in the northern Kanto region that have been simmered for such a long time that it becomes mushy. Also, the marinated balls are exquisitely seasoned and delicious. Approximately 70% of the customers ordered either aedama or substituted eggs, and there is no doubt that all of them exceeded their daily carbohydrate intake. This time I made it a substitute. The wife seems to be in charge of customer service, and she is very attentive and gives a very good impression. There are only 2 people sitting in the 4-seater seats, and 3 seats are empty at the counter, so when 4 customers arrive, I feel that they quickly move them to the counter and try to keep the customers waiting as much as possible. Not only the taste but also the overall balance is good. It's very different from that niboshi soba restaurant in Tochigi City.

An authentic dried sardine ramen shop that is rare in this area. From the Morinji entrance intersection on Prefectural Route 7, it will be behind Toyota. Parking is also no problem. You can buy meal tickets from the ticket vending machine at the entrance of the store, and the inside of the store has a counter and a small raised area. The dried sardines are rich but not harsh and delicious. However, the amount of soup is small, so if you make it special and add a lot of ingredients, the soup may get cold easily. There are two types of chashu, rare and rose. Both are satisfying to eat. There are more and more restaurants selling rarecha and aedama... In addition, Terunobo-san also has a substitute ball. If you don't like dried sardines, I think pork soba is better. However, all of them are very rich, so it may be difficult to bring children with you... It's open until 9pm, so it's convenient if you're coming home from overtime.
