Great ramen! He makes his own noodles and the outside of the potstickers! Also the flavor was good. The ramen is shoyu and shio flavor, and is light and warming after a cold day. The owner said this ramen is "Sano Ramen." Although the place is old-looking, don't judge a book by it's cover!

This is my first visit because I want to eat Sano Ramen. I ordered the soy sauce char siu noodles. I've eaten Sano Ramen many times in its hometown, and it's delicious too! The noodles are hand-made and the curly noodles go well with the light soy sauce soup. The char siu has a little bit more fat and is soft. I ate in silence, sipped the well-seasoned soup, and finished it all in no time. Next time, I would like to try salt ramen, gyoza, and fried rice. It was a feast.
