Kiryu, Gunma, Japan｜Tonkotsu ramen Gin

This place is amazing! I loved the Tonkatsu Ramen. The pork was thick, juicy and delicious! The noodles are thick and so filling. Add on all of the extras and you have yourself one of the best ramen in town. The place is small and packed but get there early and I am sure the owner will be pleased you came.

It's the most delicious ramen I've ever eaten and I love it! I go once or twice a month. The pork bone soup is rich and rich and really delicious. Although it is rich, it has just the right amount of salt and is addictive. The owner is also kind and polite even when he is busy. I really recommend it and recommend it to everyone.

I wanted to eat ramen nearby, so I searched for it and came here. The parking lot in front of the store was full, but there was an empty gravel parking lot diagonally in front of the store, so I managed to park there. I wanted a Jiro style punch, but unfortunately I have a meeting tomorrow so I can't add garlic. As you can see in the picture, the difference between the amount of soy sauce tonkotsu with lots of vegetables and the vegetable regular soy sauce tonkotsu is quite large. If you use too much oil, there will be more layers of lard, so if you don't like it, I think normal is fine. It was delicious, thank you for the meal.
