A popular restaurant that is always crowded, although there isn't a long line. (The reason for the long line may be due to parking problems and the heavy traffic on the street in front of the store, which makes it impossible to wait on the street.) A restaurant whose motto is cheap, delicious, and beautiful. Star rating is ⭐️5! Even when I arrived at 2:30pm on a Saturday afternoon, it was full. (It went down after this, but...) Even if it is full, it is mixed up with other parking lots for other tenants. So, the number of Pirika units is unknown, but from the feeling it's around 5 or 6 units. The store's capacity is 4 table seats for 4 people for groups. Approximately 10 to 12 people at a large table for solo customers instead of a counter. The inside of the store is not clean at all and has a cluttered feel! I ordered the restaurant's namesake Piri Color Men for 940 yen and gyoza for 400 yen. Ramen came out in 3 minutes after ordering. Piri Karamen is white miso flavored rice malt? It still has a chewy texture and the white sesame seeds are plentiful. It's sweet without being too bitter, but it has a good richness even though it doesn't have a lot of oil. I used to feel like fried stewed onions. I just assume that the sweetness comes from onions. White, round, curly noodles with a firm texture The soup and noodles go great together The wheat for the noodles is made from domestically, with 75% from Hokkaido and 25% from Gunma. The amount of noodles seems small, but it's enough for one meal. It seems that they actively use additive-free seasonings such as miso, so it can be said that it is a health food-oriented restaurant! The toppings are Kaiware daikon radish, tasteless pork belly, and the soft homemade sinachiku that is well soaked with flavor and is a traditional taste here! And the crunchy Chinese cabbage and bean sprouts (it's even better if it's crunchy) Seaweed, shredded carrots, wood ear mushrooms, and corn! An addictive soup with a good taste that you can drink all the soup in one go! I don't feel any change, so it's probably none or a very small amount. There are 5 grilled gyoza with chewy skin and just the right amount of grilling! It's on par with a specialty store! Roughly chopped cabbage? And chives, there is a slight garlic smell, but it doesn't bother me.Even without adding anything, the bean paste felt spicy, but it was like a green onion! It is unknown whether there are green onions in it. Both the ramen and gyoza were delicious! If you want to eat miso ramen in Ota, you can't miss this place! Payment is in cash only; small gifts available with stamp cards Lastly, we recommend the gyoza set for 880 yen (you can choose from miso, salt, or soy sauce for the ramen)!
I've been eating miso butter ramen for almost 40 years. This was back when the Belltown-mae store and the South Exit store still existed in Ota City. Now that I live in Tokyo, I have been to many reputable miso ramen restaurants, but I have never encountered miso ramen that surpasses Pirika. There was a time when I was cheating on Shogun and Pirika, but in the end, normal miso is the most delicious! Gyoza is another dish that I always order. This is also a taste that hasn't changed since ancient times, but perhaps because of the slightly different ingredients, it's a taste that can only be eaten at Pirika. The restaurant has large tables that can seat 6 to 8 people, so it's nice that three generations can come to the restaurant when they return home. On the table is a omikuji (fortune slip) that you can insert 100 yen into, which was common in Showa cafes. I think this used to have a roulette wheel.
