The stir-fried bean sprouts on the side menu are also surprisingly delicious. This is the type where you eat the bean sprouts with roasted pork oil. When ordering chashu toppings, they take care to change the thickness for each type of ramen. The shop owner is managing the counter for about 10 people by himself, so the downside is that it takes a long time from when you order to when your order comes out, and because the shop is old, it's not very clean. It's the taste. I've been coming from Tokyo about once a month for about two years, but if it were nearby, I'd go every week or so. The real garlic ramen, which has around 50 to 100 pieces of garlic, is also of surprising quality. There were some YouTubers who ordered and left without eating, so if you don't finish the garlic ramen, you'll have to pay double the price, but since it's fried garlic, you can finish it all. I've never tried it, but they also have Shinigami ramen for those who like spicy food. We have an incredible selection of sake for a ramen restaurant. Regular holidays are Sunday and Monday. Business hours are from 18:00 to 21:00, but only on Saturdays from 18:00 to 24:00.

I thought it was colored ramen to create a buzz, but the ramen soup was quite delicious. ・If you leave the garlic, it costs ¥2,100. ・¥1,050 for a complete meal of garlic. The amount is about the same size as a regular large serving of ramen, so you can eat it all. Maybe it's the calm season, but there's no waiting time after 1pm on weekdays. Cheap.
