We are particular about the char siu, and it has just the right amount of softness and meaty feel, so we recommend the 5 pieces of char siu noodles.

This is the best Sano ramen for me. The soup is refreshing, but the stock comes out properly and is delicious. The char siu is soft, and the menma and char siu have seasonings that don't interfere with the flavor of the soup, so I think the overall balance is good. The store staff is very responsive and the store is clean. I go to school 3 days a week at most (≧∀≦)

It was the first time I went to a Sano ramen shop in Ota City. It was delicious, so I asked where the owner was from, but he said that he was self-taught because he didn't know what to do? Looking at other people's reviews, it was said that they were from Morita-ya. However, I wonder if I arranged it myself with a salt-based soup that is completely different from Morita-ya. As a Sano ramen lover, I was really curious. It was so delicious that I went back in about 2 weeks!
