I came here once before and had dinner while I was at the coin laundry. Ramen and half rice. Everything is normal. Get a flavored egg service with the ticket you got from the previous survey! This house is amazing! I made the noodles normal, but they were boiled to a certain consistency. This is Yokatta. The staff are also friendly and kind. Thank you for the meal! I'll come back later.

First visit after being recommended by a colleague. There is a bit of a wait at lunchtime even on weekdays. First, the call board? Write your name on the ticket machine, buy a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine, and then get in line. The photo shows Tsukemen (with yuzu squeeze, 950 yen including tax) The amount of noodles is enough for the average man, the extra-rich seafood soup with a light sourness (my personal preference), and once you get used to the taste, add some yuzu juice to give it a refreshing taste, and you'll be done in no time! He said the tsukemen was delicious (yes, it was!), but all the customers around him were eating ramen, so next time we'll try ramen!

It is a Yokohama family ramen shop and seems to be from the Rokkaku family. There is a branch in Ashikaga City, Tochigi Prefecture. Even if you set the noodles to normal hardness, they will still be quite hard, so be careful. Our parking lot is not only the deteriorated asphalt area in front of the store, but also the beautiful asphalt area. However, please be careful as there is a monthly parking lot next to the store. There is a smell of pork bones inside the store, which is unusual for Iekei ramen restaurants in the northern Kanto region. Since it's a family-style ramen, you can choose the intensity of the flavor: thick, medium, or light, the amount of oil: high, medium, or low, and the firmness of the noodles: hard, medium, or soft. I had the pork bone soy sauce ramen. The color of the soup is somewhere between white like Ichirokuya and dark like Yoshimuraya, with a good balance of soy sauce and tonkotsu soup, reminiscent of Rokkakuya. The noodles are thick, straight, and short, as you would expect from a family, but they are quite hard by default, so if you like them firm, I think normal is just right. Overall, the authentic Iekei ramen was very delicious, and I never thought I'd be able to eat Iekei ramen of this level in Tatebayashi. The staff's customer service is good, energetic, and lively. The store's interior and exterior look like a stylish hut, which I think suits a ramen shop well. There is Junren/Sumire style miso ramen on the menu, so I would definitely like to try that as well.
