Tatebayashi, Gunma, Japan｜Shigesoba

I visited for lunch. Shigesoba has a light yet rich soup, and the seafood flavor and yuzu add to its deliciousness. The Shige Tonkotsu was delicious, with a rich soup that went well with the thin noodles. The char siew was also thick but soft, which I really liked. Everyone in my family said it was delicious, and even though it's a little far away, it's a restaurant we'd like to visit again.

Since it was getting cooler, I had some spicy miso. I also received a spare ball. Thank you for the meal.

Update: It's been a long time since I've had Shigesoba. Thank you for the meal! ↓ Update: I visited right after opening at 18:00 on Sunday. While I was having ramen, it was almost filled with families. Milky XO (oyster tsukemen) 1,000 yen, it was the second time, but it was very delicious! I wonder if they used Chinese XO sauce, I could feel the rich oyster extract, and I drank the soup before eating it (I don't know if it's possible because it's not specified).
