I had heard that it was called beef bone ramen, but when I put the bowl in and looked at the soup, the soup was so clear that for a moment I thought it was salt ramen, but when I took a sip of the soup, it was very mild with less saltiness. It was soup. I thought this soup would go well with something other than ramen. The toppings include pork belly about 1 to 2 mm thick, melty braised pork belly called toropa, green onions, shinachiku mushrooms, and naruto. The noodles were flat and crepe like Sano Ramen. These noodles intertwine with the beef bone soup and go down your throat smoothly. Even as I've gotten older and become less sensitive, I was able to drink all the soup I could, so much so that I wanted to put it in a water bottle and take it home with me (lol). Although the gyoza was about twice the size of other restaurants, it had a lot of toppings and when I bit into it, the meat juice came out and it was delicious. It seems that it is currently only open during lunch hours. It must be quite difficult for the owner to do the cooking alone, but today the place was packed and the customers were from a wide range of age groups. It felt like it was already a ramen shop in town. There is also a private parking lot. It's become a store I'd like to visit over and over again if it's close to my home or work. The boiled egg is also half-boiled, so I want to move the boiled egg and Tropa onto the rice and break it up to make it crunch ♪ Unfortunately, rice is not on the menu (lol) I visited the new store for the first time in a while and had delicious ramen♪
