More Comments at Google MapI finally got into a store that I've been interested in for a while. As someone who likes chicken stock, I don't try the dried sardine stock very often, but I thought the photos in the reviews were accurate, so I wanted to go there. It was a bit late for lunch, so when I looked at the ramen that came out right after I ordered it, the soup was so clear that I couldn't believe it was soy sauce ramen. When you try it, you can't go wrong with its taste. Although it is closer to salt than soy sauce, the taste of dried sardine soup stock has no odor and is refreshing. Since the noodles are handmade, it feels similar to Sano Ramen. The char siu also has a lot of fat, but it's so tender that I wish I had about 5 more pieces. In contrast to ramen, fried rice has a slightly stronger flavor, making it a well-balanced and delicious accompaniment to ramen. If you like dried sardines ramen, this is the place for you!
Ushio ramen is I feel the sea. The soy sauce ramen has a strong taste. Fried rice and gyoza too. It was delicious. The melty pork belly is also good.
I just finished eating ✨ Just as it was written on the menu, it was a cup that I drank all the time, no joke! ️ There was a lot of chopped ginger on top, and the flavor of ginger blended into the light soup, making it a nice accent! ️ The noodles were hand-made with uneven thickness, so I was able to enjoy a variety of textures! ️✨ The large char siu was soft, filling and delicious! ️✨ It was a cup that I definitely want to give to Seri-chan next time! ️ I'm going to go home and sleep ✨✨
