Tatebayashi, Gunma, Japan｜手打ラーメン創房 舌笑家

2023/10/25 I had some time in Tatebayashi, so I went to a ramen restaurant that I had been interested in for a while. If you go with Google Maps, you'll end up at the ramen shop next door, so when you're nearby, look for it with your own eyes. However, from the outside it doesn't look like a ramen shop, or even a restaurant...(lol) It was around 11:30, so I was able to park my car and enter the store easily. This restaurant has a ticket vending machine in front of the entrance, and after purchasing a meal ticket, you enter the store, write your name, and wait. I bought a meal ticket for the creative soy milk ramen, gyoza, and rice that I was interested in and went to the counter. I was a little surprised because most of the store staff were energetic and young women. The soup of the soy milk ramen is very delicious, and the noodles are handmade by Sano Ramen. The gyoza and grilled pork are also delicious, so go ahead with the rice. Even though I don't really like soy milk, I found it delicious, so I think it's a great dish for soy milk lovers. I would definitely like to try other ramen next time, but I can't help but be drawn to the creative noodles.

Arrived around 12:30 at the end of Obon in August. There is a large parking lot, but it is full. It was stopped because there was a person who was just returning. Of course, the store was full and we were the 6th group waiting. I was able to enter the store after waiting for about 20 minutes. A building and interior with a good sense that you can't think of as a ramen shop. The interior was nice too. as far as i can see from my seat 6 counter seats Tatami room for 4 people x 4 seats It was a table for 4 people x 3 seats. Toilets are also separated by gender. I ordered ramen with soy sauce and salt. It was very delicious with handmade chewy noodles and beautiful soup. Long bamboo shoots are also soft, guinea and juicy. Crowded but worth the wait! I would like to go to eat again when I visit Tatebayashi. Thank you for the meal!

Although I am from outside the prefecture, I stopped by with my family of four on a midsummer Sunday. It was dinner time at 18:00, but I was able to sit down in about 5 minutes waiting time. It was so comfortable inside that I forgot the heat outside. You are good at creating space. Although it was a tatami room, the private space and the feeling of the whole room are in harmony. I got a large serving of soy sauce and green onion ramen. Above all, the soup is elegant and delicious. The curly noodles mix with the soup and fill your mouth. I have never seen such a long menma. Do you eat it like noodles? Originally I was looking to eat Sano ramen, but is this Sano ramen? I don't know how it's different, but I definitely felt happy.
