I had the special tonkotsu seafood tsukemen😋This restaurant doesn't have a fixed menu, and the owner announces the next day's menu on Twitter the night before, so it's best to check before going. The dipping sauce is very thick and muddy. The noodles are thick and chewy and very delicious 😋 The char siu is also thick and grilled. As expected, this is a highly rated shop. The inside of the restaurant is a little small with 5 counter seats and 2 table seats. However, it rotates quickly! The store clerk is cheerful and has a loud and cheerful voice! ️ It was a very nice shop 👌 Thank you for the meal 🙏

I use it regularly. Recently, the regular menu items such as tsukemen have become limited menu items, but you can enjoy a variety of ramen every day, including Hibari Sanjo ramen, kelp water tsukemen, and dried sardine-based ramen. I think the ramen that the friendly owner and his wife make despite their busy schedules is very delicious and wonderful. Even though the signs say no smartphones and to eat silently (which is common sense), I always have trouble with annoying customers who eat, drink, or talk while using their smartphones and never leave, and even though I warn them, they resent me and end up being exposed on social media. It seems that sometimes... It's not a formal restaurant, and if you have some common sense, you can eat comfortably. Recently, the system has become such that you write your name on a board and wait.
