I think it's the best ramen shop in the world. I've been going to the Kaze no Mori main store since I lived in Utsunomiya, and it's really delicious. In terms of the deliciousness of one bowl of ramen, there may be better ramen shops in the world, but the amazing thing about this Kaze no Mori is that you can eat it every week and never get tired of it. We don't specialize only in richness, we don't specialize in cheap, we don't specialize in high-end ingredients, we don't specialize in unnecessarily particular things... Anyway, the exquisite taste makes you want to eat it again and again. I think it's a ramen shop that is loved by everyone. Personally, it is the most delicious to put garlic in white bari (Shirofu / Men Bari Kata) and drink the soup. Toppings such as spicy bean sprouts are delicious even if eaten alone. If you go with a child, they will prepare soft noodles and prepare tableware for children without saying anything. When I moved from Utsunomiya to Ashikaga, I thought I wouldn't be able to eat Kazemori's ramen easily, but thanks to Ota Honjin, I am living a very happy ramen life.

Kagemaru seems to be selling it, but since I like thin noodles, I'd order something like Shirafu. Spicy bean sprouts, pickled ginger, and mustard greens are free of charge. Garlic is proper garlic and I like it.
