Although it's a little far from Sano City, the home of Sano Ramen, the noodles and soup are absolutely delicious! 👍 The three-dimensional noodles unique to Aotake noodles are intertwined with the clear, deep-flavored soup. I love tanmen, which is carefully stir-fried in sesame oil and has plenty of meat and vegetables! The Sano Ramen version of hiyashi chuka thigh stew was also delicious! ! It was quite crowded even during weekday afternoons~😅

First challenge. It's a pork bone soup with a nice scent of mar oil and no odor, which I personally like. Not too salty and delicious! One mouthful of perilla gyoza has a crispy and chewy skin and a good scent of perilla. It was delicious!
