If you want to eat hearty miso ramen, you'll want to come here. There are people waiting even before the store opens, so you need to be prepared to wait a long time after it opens. The way you line up is to tell the lady at the store your name and your intention to wait. Most people are waiting in their cars, so don't worry if there is no one in front of the store. It was 30 minutes before the store opened and I had to wait for about an hour for the second round. The number of chashu is limited, so if you want to eat it, please hurry. It was my second round, but I barely had char siu! I had miso ramen, miso butter char siu, and gyoza. When I get to try the miso here, I want to wait in line to eat it.
