Visited around 13:30 on weekdays. Although it faces a two-lane main road, it is not very noticeable due to its plain appearance. The parking lot is not large, but it is easy to park. Choose between a large meat soba bowl and a mini chashu bowl. Delicious soup stock. Thick, flat noodles. Tender meat. Everything about the ramen was well-balanced and very delicious. The store is spacious, clean, and has a nice structure. It was a restaurant that I would definitely like to visit again for a meal.

I ordered a large portion of meat soba. It was very delicious with the thick, flat noodles and the flavorful white soy sauce-based soup. I highly recommend it when you want to eat homemade noodles, but the soup is too heavy, or you just don't feel satisfied with salt or soy sauce. I feel like the location is a bit bad, but please come and visit us.

The soup and chashu are both very delicious, and the noodles taste like wheat, so it's not Kitakata-like, but it's my favorite ramen! I'll definitely be going there again when I come to Ota in the future. . .
