A store in a residential area. There is a sign, but if you're not careful, you might miss it. There are 5 counter seats in the store. Cold is self-service. The menu is limited to ramen, tsukemen, and Chinese soba. This time, we ordered tsukemen (600g, 900 yen) toppings, cabbage and onions (50 yen each), and char siu (250 yen). A large bowl full of tsukemen is powerful. The sourness and richness of the soup go well with the noodles. The char siu is thick and sweet. The crunchy texture of onions and cabbage is so fresh that you can finish it in no time. Next time, I want to eat ramen.

An addictive fish-based tsukemen with a slightly sour taste. Roughly chopped onions are also good for soup. It seems that the shopkeeper is doing it alone. I feel like I'm changing the taste little by little so that I don't get tired of it. This is my favorite ramen shop.

A large selection of tsukemen. I will not eat other ramen. Chopped onions, cabbage, bamboo shoots, char siu and seafood-based soup are the best. The shop is small with only counter seats, and there are not many customers due to the location, but the taste is unmistakable.
