It's so delicious! I always eat torisio ramen, and the mellow flavor of the chicken comes out well in the refreshing soup. The aftertaste has a fluffy sweetness from the aromatic vegetables, and you can drink the soup endlessly. Just when you're slurping the menma with the noodles and your mouth starts to feel a little heavy, pop some soybean sprouts into your mouth and you'll have a really refreshing chopstick break. The pork loosened rice on the side menu is also delicious. The flavored egg goes really well with the soup, so we recommend using it as a topping. The overall flavor is elegant, so I might not recommend it to people who like to eat hearty food, but it's rare to find such quality salt ramen, so I highly recommend it.

This is my 5th or 6th visit. There are no shops around here where you can eat delicious salt ramen, so I visit them about once every three months. I like chicken salt ramen and boiled dumplings, and my wife likes shellfish salt ramen and oyster rice. In particular, my wife wanted to eat two bowls of oyster rice alone.

Chinese noodles Yotsuba, Kotobuki Seimen Yoshikawa, etc. I ate salt ramen at a famous restaurant in Saitama Prefecture. This is my favorite. Why isn't it covered more? I can't help but wonder. Delicious ramen restaurants in Saitama Prefecture There are many remote places, and this is one of them. It was a place I almost never go to. I ended up there by chance. The exterior probably looks like a handmade udon shop or something. Elegy and style. It seems that there are many farmers in Kazo who produce high-quality flour. Most of them are probably famous for Musashino udon. Famous ramen in the neighborhood uses this ground flour, and this one is similar. The noodle factory is Isoya Shoten in Tochigi. Special chicken salt ramen @1070 Sauteed oyster bowl @380 The reason why I like Saitama prefecture's salt ramen the most is the sweet chicken soup. Butter isn't the right word to describe it, but the balance of chicken oil and salt is exquisite. Is it the flavor of the salt or the flavor of the chicken? Probably both. The supple, whole-wheat noodles mix well with the soup. The tender pork chashu and chicken ham were also delicious, with plenty of menma on the tips. This special item is reasonably priced. The sautéed oyster bowl has a flavor that goes well with the rice as expected. Add toppings for oyster ramen Most restaurants have too much salty taste. I'd rather have a bowl of rice. A store I want to go to again.
