Tochigi, Japan｜Ramen Shop - Fujioka

Delicious

This ramen shop is only open during the day and is located on the road in the former Fujioka town of Tochigi prefecture. The master's wife seems to be kind, but the ramen was definitely well-balanced and delicious, just like the sister restaurant Kitagawabe branch. The salty soup and short green onions are especially recommended.

This is my first visit today (2023/9/16). It's 20km from Ashikaga, so I went there by mountain bike. When we arrived 10 minutes before the rotation, there was only one group of customers ahead of us, but there were many more before they opened! It's a popular store. I ordered the green onion salt pork. I went there because the char siu was delicious lol First of all, the soup: adjust the flavor to your liking. Green onions: They were cut a little shorter, but the firmness and taste were good, and the amount was large. Noodles: I ordered them hard, but they weren't that bad (but delicious). Char siu: I had 2 types (4 pieces in total) and they were all great. I had passed by this store many times and knew it was this delicious! Of course, I will come again. Thank you for the meal.
