If you register for Yamaokaya's app, you can receive coupons for toppings on a regular basis, as well as store visit points and a lottery where you can earn points every Friday, so if you go to Yamaokaya regularly, we recommend registering for the app. Perhaps because the rotation is so fast, you don't have to wait to be seated even during Sunday lunchtime, and the food is delicious, so I highly recommend it. Personally, I find the special miso ramen with a different back fat (additional toppings cost 50 yen) the most delicious. Don't forget to add the garlic and bean sauce on the table to complete the ramen. When issuing a meal ticket, you can adjust the amount of oil, the intensity of the flavor, and the hardness of the noodles to be less, normal, or more. Basically, even if the flavor is normal, the flavor is strong, so if you like a light flavor, please order a lighter flavor when you first order. If you don't like oil, we recommend ordering it without oil. Personally, I don't like salty flavors or spicy miso (I've never had regular miso, so I don't know). It's delicious at first, but the taste feels strong at the end, so I think it's better to order the free split soup or order a lighter version from the beginning. If you want to eat a lot, I ordered rice and white onion topping on separate plates. It's the best when you put white onions on top of the rice and wrap it in the nori seaweed that's on top of the ramen (you can also order a separate plate with toppings). ️ At that time, I would like you to enjoy customizing it to your liking, such as pouring soup over the rice, adding garlic or bean sauce on the table. Basically, I pay 50 yen and change the back fat. If you do not change the back fat, the ramen will stay piping hot due to the fat film, so be careful not to burn your tongue! ️ There are two ticket vending machines in the store, but the one on the right side accepts cards such as nanaco, so if you do not wish to pay in cash, please purchase from the ticket vending machine on the right side. When you purchase a meal ticket from a ticket vending machine, one service ticket will be issued for each bowl of ramen (except for morning ramen and children's ramen). If you collect 5 tickets, you can get a gyoza voucher (if you collect more than that, you can get a ramen voucher or a T-shirt.The service voucher is valid for one year), so It's better to save it instead of throwing it away.
The Iekei ramen is the same as any Yamaoka family. I like miso-like thick ramen, but I also like the premium salt ramen here. If you like miso, I want you to eat once. The seasonings are garlic, bean sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, chili oil, pepper, and all-you-can-eat (?). If you run out of the contents, you can ask the store clerk to refill it. Sweet things don't go well with salty things, so I'm happy that corn isn't on the default. There is also alcohol, so you can drink just the toppings without ordering ramen. Korocha is recommended.
