More Comments at Google MapI visited on a weekend night around the same time it opened. There were about 3 or 4 groups of customers waiting for the store to open, so you can tell it's popular. I entered the store immediately and was seated at the counter. The interior of the store is quiet and has a subdued background music that makes you want to relax. I received a large serving of chashu noodles, free garlic topping, and gyoza. Although the noodles are a little uneven, they are smooth and go down very well, and they don't have the tiring texture that you get with thick, curly noodles. Although tastes may differ, I think it can be recommended to children and women who are not big eaters as it can be eaten quickly while savoring the deliciousness. Although the chashu was rather thick, it had a texture that fell apart when you put it in your mouth, and it was delicious with a meaty flavor. The soup was made with a light soy sauce that was typical of Sano ramen without being too heavy, and the garlic topping went well with the soup, making it a soup that you would want to drink up. If you like the aroma of garlic, don't forget the topping. The gyoza was a size that was easy to eat, not too big and not too small, and it was juicy and delicious with plenty of toppings. I was also interested in the curry on the side menu, so I'm going to ask again (^^)
The noodles are flat and hand-made, and the flavor of the light and gentle soup comes through quickly. The chashu pork is also thick and very delicious. This is one of my favorite ramen shops.
It is located near the Watarase River bank. I think it's quite difficult to understand at first glance. Please rely on Google MAP. There was a parking lot for about 10 cars. I went there around 11 o'clock on a weekday, I put it in right away. There were about 3 tables and a counter. I ordered flavored egg ramen and gyoza. The noodles are flat and chewy and smooth. I really liked it. The soup is also very delicious with a strong dashi stock. The gyoza was crispy, juicy and delicious with wings. I want to go eat other things too.
