Sano Ramen has a distinctive side, and I thought the noodles were the deciding factor, so much so that the other ingredients were blurred out. That concept has changed today. What about the noodles first? I was thinking this while eating, but I could also feel the strong flavor from the soup and chashu. The overall balance is good and delicious.
