More Comments at Google MapStaff is awesome. Ramen is shio only, which i prefer. For some thats into miso, only shio based ramen. Big portion. Gyoza is huge. Not the typical size gyoza. Awesome local whole in wall ramen place. Worth visiting close to sano outlet.
I went to Banri before and it was delicious, but they moved to a place near the outlet and it was even more crowded, so I gave up and went to this one nearby. The person at the store said it was crowded because he had recently appeared on TV. I came here not knowing anything about it, but it turned out to be a great decision. First, ramen! good! The soup is light and salty, but the dashi stock is really effective! The char siu is a large, melting pork char siu. I feel like the amount of noodles is too much. I ordered a lot of things, so I was so full that I couldn't drink all the soup, which was a shame. The gyoza is huge and chewy. I'm sure it came with salt. Salt goes better with the meat juices. Of course it's good. I also had chicken nanban and chashu rice bowl, but I forgot to take pictures. Both of these are also delicious. The chicken nanban itself has a lot of flavor and is delicious even without tartar. For those who don't like ramen, I thought it would be a good idea to have the chicken nanban and chashu bowl as a set meal. In conclusion, everything was delicious. I'm glad I went. Last but not least, the staff at the store were extremely nice. Even though it was very crowded, no one seemed annoyed at all, and that alone made me want to go again. Thank you for the meal.
I ordered ramen and chashu rice bowl. I couldn't eat gyoza at the store, but there was a gyoza kitchen car of Sanoya in the nearby Sano Premium Outlet, and I ate it there. The soup is clear and very delicious. Especially pork and shiitake mushrooms? It works! Noodles are really delicious. The noodles have a rich aroma unique to ramen, and the crimped texture is rich, making you want to eat endlessly. It's repetitive but really delicious! I have the impression that the char siu is a little lower than the quality of the soup and noodles. And the gyoza that I ate in the kitchen car of Sanoya is grilled after ordering. It takes time, but I'm happy that you still make it fresh ☺️ As for the taste, chives worked well, and on the other hand, I felt less garlic. Jumbo gyoza will give you a satisfying feeling. Ramen and gyoza with an iron plate impression, I don't think you should expect too much from char siu, but I can recommend the char siu rice bowl.
