Sano, Tochigi, Japan｜Oogiya Ramen

First visit to the store in October 2020. It's open until late at night, so you can stop by after work. Although it is a chain store, it is not available locally, so this is my first time using it. The interior consists of table seats and counter seats. The store staff is courteous and lively. It's great that you can make various combinations with set menus and limited time offers. Bushi miso ramen (940 yen), large size (150 yen) ), ordered grilled offal (500 yen) and a small serving of rice. The sound of the wok coming from behind the counter seats is soothing. Yaba Miso Ramen: Delicious seafood soup. Add toppings (green onions and ginger) on a separate plate to change the taste and enjoy until the end. Grilled giblets: Each giblet is large and has a good texture. The taste goes well with rice. They have a wide variety of toppings, and I think I'll come back again.

I stopped by for lunch. There was a half-fried rice set, so I had no hesitation. I went with soy sauce for the ramen, but it felt more like miso ramen, probably because it was topped with lots of bean sprouts and corn. The fried rice had a very mild flavor and was perfect for my taste. It was very delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I think there is no one who doesn't know who is from Gunma prefecture. If you want to go to a shop different from Sano Ramen shop, you probably feel like going here. If you are coming from outside the prefecture, please do not make a mistake because it is not a Sano ramen shop. The miso here has a calming and repeatable taste that I have eaten many times since I was a child. It is a taste that I want to eat again and again. The shops that are working hard in Sano, which is crowded with competitors, are somewhat more delicious than the local Ogi and ramen shops, and the shops are also creatively decorated.
