Finally, it was my turn and I was shown to a tatami room. In addition to tatami seats, there are counter seats and table seats, so there are more seats than I expected. Among the several types of ramen, I ordered the classic ramen, 3 gyoza, and draft beer. The ramen is full of Sano ramen, with a piping hot, light and rich soup, chewy noodles, and soft pork and menma. The portion was just right, and by the time I finished eating and drinking the large gyoza with plenty of juicy meat and draft beer, I was full. Ramen restaurant in Sano City near Sano Premium Outlets [Menya Yosuke Shintoshi Branch] The main store, Tajima store, is a popular restaurant that was selected as one of the Tabelog Ramen EAST 100 Famous Stores 2022 and has opened its second store. I went around 7pm, but I managed to get in without lining up. This time I got ramen + 3 gyoza. Hmm, I really like this Sano Ramen soup. It's so light but why is it so delicious lol The noodles are also hand-made from green bamboo, resulting in slightly thicker, curlier noodles. The gyoza are really huge, 1.5 times the size of regular gyoza. It's just juicy and delicious too. You will be amazed at the high level of Sano Ramen. I hope it's a trip to Sano Ramen lol

Ordered ramen, back fat salt ramen, gyoza, and chashu rice bowl. It was my first time eating backfat salt ramen, and it wasn't too fatty and was very delicious.
