There is a term called "town Chinese", but this restaurant is a legend. It was delicious because I ate it in that era, in that situation, in the 70's and 80's. I think it's town Chinese because it's Japanese Chinese food that brings back memories. It reminds me of a Chinese restaurant that used to open in my local town. No need to quit smoking! I don't smoke, I don't like drunk people, and if you're looking for salty food, don't go for street Chinese food. That's what I want to say. I think the authentic street Chinese food is the ramen and rice dish that only those who lived through that era can understand. It's food that brings back memories. The occasional breeze from the Tone River is soothing, and it's a great dish for people over 50 to reminisce about their younger days.
