It was my first experience. It was a good experience. It's rare, so I think you should try it at least once. Would you recommend salt? I'm not sure if I would like to go again. Gyoza is very ordinary. The saucer is difficult to use because it is deep. As a point of caution, ① I arrived 30 minutes before opening on a Saturday afternoon, was the 30th person in line, and it took an hour to get in, and an hour and a half to finish eating. Also on a Saturday night, we arrived at opening time and it took us 2 hours to finish eating. Please give yourself plenty of time. ②Kombu water tsukemen will keep you cold whether you eat it for lunch or dinner. Please be especially careful if you ride a bike. I was cold, so after this restaurant, I went to another ramen shop and warmed up with some hot ramen.

It is the first visit on 8/6. I remember my friend telling me that lining up an hour before opening is the most time efficient, but I arrived 5 minutes before the opening at 18:00. There were about 30 people in front of us and the parking lot was almost full. It was supposed to be about 15 people/30 minutes per rotation, so I was prepared to wait about an hour and a half for the third rotation, but I was able to eat in about 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was looking at the kitchen, but I was serious about boiling the noodles, cooling them, lining them up, and landing them in the water. All the noodles are lined up in the bowl. I got kombu tsukemen soy sauce. The noodles alone are delicious. Also, seaweed salt goes well with summer. The dipping sauce was also delicious. It was a very high-level tsukemen full of hospitality. Thank you for the meal.

YOKOKURASTOREHOUSE is a store that I definitely wanted to visit when I went to Tochigi Prefecture. When I visited the restaurant at night, I realized that it was a very popular restaurant with more than 30 people lined up before it opened, even though it was in a location that was difficult to reach without a car. I never got tired of looking at the very fashionable shops and the beautiful tsukemen with noodle strings that were skillfully arranged. The noodles are soaked in kombu water and dipped in a thick chicken-like dipping sauce. The char siu and other toppings are also carefully prepared, and the fragrant char siu is so delicious that you want to take it home. I also enjoyed adding kombu water to the dipping soup and adding it to the soup. Everything was amazingly delicious! We also had coffee at the coffee stand attached to the store. This was also delicious, and it was the best after the meal, and the coffee menu was abundant, so I wanted to come and buy it. It's far away, but it's a shop I'd like to visit again someday.
