Delicious ramen, but the wait on weekends is painful. If you’re going to go, take the time out on a weekday afternoon.

I visited [Dutch Ken] near Higashi Iwatsuki Station in Iwatsuki Ward, Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture. I visited for the first time in four years. Before, I had to stand in line all the time, but now I have to register, write my name in advance, and visit at that time, so it's very easy. This time I was the fifth to register at 8 o'clock. I was glad that I was called immediately when it opened at 11:00. The menu is soy sauce pork noodles and ajitama double. It's been a long time since I visited, but the soup with ginger was delicious. The char siu was also voluminous. I think that people should not line up as long as they line up here. I wonder if it's that popular. I think it's very hard to cook alone. I also want to eat salt ramen at time.

Since I can't come here often, I order the char siu shio ramen and egg. wife? was carefully wiping the counter. It's a very clean store. The soup has a lot of ginger, and its effect is exquisite. This is delicious. . It's an addictive taste that you won't get tired of. I don't usually add chashu at ramen restaurants, but it was too much for me. I arrived exactly at the 1st LOT. This time it's chashu soy sauce + flavored egg. I chose to have the chashu and egg first. The noodles, soup, and toppings are all top-notch.
