I wanted to eat tsukemen, so I stopped by for the first time. You buy a meal ticket and then take a seat, making it easy for even one person to enter. There is no counter, just tables and tatami seats. This time, I ordered golden tsukemen, flavored eggs, and wontons. Is golden tsukemen made in an iron pot where the soup is simmering? The noodles are topped with nori, menma, chashu pork, and lemon. The additional flavored eggs arrived on a separate plate and were warm! The noodles were chewy and I could eat them easily! It was my first time trying Yokohama Iekei Ramen, and the rich and mushy soup mixed well with the noodles, so I didn't mind the smell that I often hear about, and it was very delicious😋 And the wontons have a slightly salty taste. A chewy and chewy dish with a thick dough reminiscent of boiled dumplings. Both were delicious, with a simple taste that reminded me of the soups I had in China! Quite voluminous, very satisfying and filling! In addition to ramen, there were various types of dim sum (Xiaolongbao, etc.), so I thought it would be a good idea to order a variety of things and share them.
Salted pork bone ramen, this is pretty good. The creamy soup and wheat-flavored noodles are exceptional. In fact, there are also thin noodles. If you add a bowl of free rice and chopped onions to the leftover soup and make it into ramen chazuke, it is also a tamaran. Please try it. (^O^)/
