For the ramen soup, you can choose from soy sauce, miso, or salt-based tonkotsu soup. The noodles are Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen, so you can choose from ultra-thin noodles, normal hardness, Kata, Barikata, Harigane, or Raw. Since it's my first time at this restaurant, I ordered the soy sauce tonkotsu (all topped). The noodles came quickly because the boiling time was short (lol) Even though I say it's topped with everything, it's not as thick as the mashimashi version, but rather a simple dish with two slices of chashu, egg, green onion, wood ear fungus, and seaweed on top. The price is also very reasonable at 900 yen. The soup is not too rich, but it is a delicious soup that allows you to enjoy the flavor of the tonkotsu. The noodles are so thin that they fit in your stomach in no time, and the manager will give you a second helping. That's what I asked, so here's Balikata! That's the immediate answer (lol) I'm so happy to be able to eat such delicious Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen in Ashikaga ☆

This is a rare Hakata Tonkotsu ramen shop around here. I think a tonkotsu ramen shop has a unique smell, but it doesn't bother me when I enter the store. However, the taste is a mellow creamy system with a strong umami. On the table are red pickled ginger, mustard mustard greens, garlic, ground sesame seeds, vinegar, etc., so you can customize it to your liking👍 Some people say that they have a customer service attitude, but I didn't feel that way at all. ️

This is a store I've been interested in for a while. This is my second visit. Top with all the soy sauce. I had the grilled pork rice bowl. The taste is rich yet refreshing and delicious. It was so delicious that I forgot to bring extra eggs. They also have a wide variety of rice bowls and side menus, giving you a local feel that you won't find anywhere else. I want to try it someday. There are many seasonings on the table that can be used to change the taste, so it's nice to be able to enjoy a variety of flavors. The menu is hung on the back of the counter seats. Please note that it may be difficult to understand at first glance. Limited time ramen is posted separately from the menu. The parking lot is in front of the store. It's a little narrow so be careful. The staff is polite and considerate.
