This is a beautiful ramen shop with a wide parking lot in the factory area of ​​Ashikaga City. I heard that even if it is cheap, it is delicious because it is particular about the ingredients. I like miso ramen, so I added miso ramen for 700 yen and an egg for 150 yen. I ordered less fat because it was a pork bone base. It looked like it was full of volume and thick, but when I tried it, it didn't have the smell of pork bones and was easy to eat and delicious. It had a good aftertaste, probably because the ingredients were carefully selected. I don't usually eat ramen, but I think it's a hearty ramen. The taste ball was rich and creamy like a high-class egg. The char siu is also moist and light, and the meat has a good taste. I added a little vinegar to the soup to make the umami stand out. The salty taste is not strong, but it has a deep richness. It may be unsatisfactory for those who like junk ramen, but even women who are not good at ramen can enjoy it. The light soy sauce ramen seems to be delicious, so I'll try it next time. The store is clean, the staff is kind, and the ramen came out quickly. When we left with a wonderful smile, everyone sang “Thank you very much” as we were sent off. Great staff! I heard it's run by a local recycled fuel manufacturing company. We are highly conscious of contributing to the local community, and offer free services for students up to 30 cups a day. On the company's website, there was a message stating that the children who will be responsible for the future should be full. It is more casual than the children's cafeteria, so it seems that hungry students who are working doubles and single parents use it and appreciate it. Children who grow up in Ashikaga are happy. In an era of high prices, the ramen that sticks to the ingredients is reasonably priced, so I would like to increase the order amount by adding toppings, drinks, desserts, etc., so that students can continue the free service for a day longer. When I entered the store, there was a signboard. I received the limited time char siu noodles! I usually leave the char siu, but this time I went with it ^_^ Burnt... that's good... For me personally on top of charred pork noodles I think it would have been a final blow if I added something like burnt garlic oil. But since I can't eat during work, this is of course OK. I thought the noodles and soup went well together. I visited after LO... I enjoyed eating it. Everyone at the store, including the first woman who came in, was very nice and made me want to come back again.

But it's not just likes, we offer 30 meals for free to students and children. It was not a ramen shop that started just because I like ramen. Gyoza will start from November 4th.
