Chat! Chat! Chat! I could hear the sound of back fat being shaken. It's delicious ramen with backfat that you can't find anywhere else in Sano. Ramen, red miso ramen, soy sauce ramen, gyoza, and boiled tofu are all delicious! ! This is a ramen shop that my kids love and I would like to go to again with my whole family.

Ramen and large servings with lots of fat are irresistible for those who like richness. Sano has a lot of light restaurants and the portions are small, so I usually go outside of the prefecture to eat ramen, but after I ate at Mendo Yasushi, it became the only ramen restaurant I go to in Sano. The cost performance is good and the customer service from the store staff is very polite and I am very satisfied.

This is my favorite ramen shop since I was in high school! I love the rich back fat and strong flavor, so I can't resist it. Of all the ramen shops in Sano, this is the one I come back to the most.
