Sano, Tochigi, Japan｜Sano ramen Kuniya

I ate chashu noodles. This is a light soy sauce ramen. The soup is thick and refreshing. They say they don't use chemical seasonings. This was the most delicious Sano Ramen I've ever had.

I used it for lunch on weekdays. If I eat Sano ramen, I always use Kuniya. I had the special tsukemen and dumplings, and the char siu noodles. The tsukemen were delicious with both the sour soup and the flat curly noodles. You can also order replacement balls, so you can eat as much as you want. I had a soup split and it was delicious until the end.

Wow, delicious! What is this!?︎🍜 A soup with no corners that tastes sweet like an elegant dashi stock you've never tasted before. I guess the taste comes from the fact that it's non-alcoholic 👏🏻 I was also surprised that even though Sano Ramen was handmade, there was almost no variation in the thickness of the noodles! 👏🏻 I felt that the owner of the restaurant did a thorough job, including the gyoza and jiggly pork trotters that you can only taste here. postscript I've been to it several times since then, and it's still delicious! ️ I end up drinking all the soup every time.
